Healthy Curves: Snack Tips

I love my curves, and I love food (seriously). However, I have to be very careful about what I eat. I believe that curves are sexy but I also want to make sure that I'm healthy. I would be doing myself a true disservice if I allowed my health to decline because of my love of food. I used to eat very unhealthily and this was due to some personal issues that I hadn't dealt with. Now that I have a great love for myself, I want to make sure that I respect my body as well. I actually started losing weight once I snacked better.  Here are a list of snacks that I enjoy.

Apple and Peanut Butter
A medium apple with 1 table spoon of peanut butter is a delicious snack that's under 200 calories. Good Source of protein and fiber as well.

Vanilla Yogurt and Granola 
I buy a big container of low fat vanilla yogurt and a big box of granola. I mix 1 cup of yogurt and sprinkle granola in it. This makes the best snack ever....mmm really filling too so no need for big portions.


Kettle Corn by Angie's (Lite) 
I love love love this stuff! this is by far the best kettle corn that I've ever had. A handful helps my cravings for something sweet and salty and of course... carbs. It's also the light version so it's not drenched in the stuff that's bad for you.

 These three snacks are pretty much a staple in my snack diet. I do switch things up sometimes...or I completely fall off the wagon and opt for Doritos or Flaming Hot Cheetos (don't judge me).

  2. I love apples and peanut butter idea I usually use low fat caramel but I will change it up and try that. :)
